This project has been launched to Collect supplies for the internally displaced civilians in the north who have had to leave everything they ever owned and flee their homes to get away from the terrible grips of terrorism.

If you live abroad please pass the word around to all your family and friends living in Sri Lanka to support this cause by donating whatever they can. Also you can donate money thorugh our paypal gateway on this website. We will purchase the necessary items and add to the list of collected items. Once again we would like to be as transparent as possible in this project.

We will be compiling a final report including all donor details and amounts and this report will be circulated among all the donors so that you know your money has not been misappropriated in any way.

This project was launched to help our brave soldiers who literally gave an arm and a leg to protect us and our Mother Land from the terrible grips of terrorism.
We are a privileged lot to be living in a relatively peaceful and war free zone not having to fear bombs, mortars or Anti Personal Mines. We don't have to worry about leaving our loved ones behind and carry guns and march to our death to protect our Mother Land and fellow Sri Lankans from an enemy so terrible. The least we can do is help them out in anyway we can to show them that we appreciate every drop of blood they have shed for our safety and protection.

And as the war against terrorism is gaining momentum and we are celebrating repeated victories we must not forget that the price tag on it is very high and include many sacrificed lives, lost limbs, Displaced persons, and much more.

While we pay tribute to those brave soldiers who lay down their lives in the name of SRI LANKA now it is time for us to help those who have emerged handicapped in many ways in their quest to protect us.

It is in this regard that we humbly urge you to to contribute towards donating a limb to a soldier. The prices for the limbs are as follows

• LIMB BELOW THE KNEE - RS 10,000
• LIMB ABOVE THE KNEE - RS 45,000

Please be advised that these limbs are all manufactured by the disabled soldiers themselves at Ranaviru Sevana. This donation will not only help those receiving the limbs to walk again. It will also help those disabled soldiers who are involved in the process of manufacturing these limbs regain their self worth.
Accountability

We would like to be as transparent as possible in this endeavor and will collect the names and details of all contributors to be published in the final report, which will contain receipts from Ranaviru Sevana and the list of contributors and amounts. This information will be circulated among all contributors and Our Circle group memebers. It will also be posted on the facebook group page and on this web site. Should you wish to remain anonymous, please provide us with an alias so you can identify your contribution in the final report.
